12:10 – Arrival in Ibiza at the General Aviation Terminal. If you have booked a transfer or rental car in advance, the suppliers will be waiting for you in the arrival hall of this terminal.

12:00 – Check-in with Aviapartner Executive at the General Aviation Terminal of Ibiza airport.

12:40 – Check-in deadline.

13:00 – Start boarding.

13:30 – Departure of flight JNL2000 to Antwerp Airport.

15:40 – Arrival in Antwerp.

Practical Information

All flights depart from the General Aviation Terminal at Antwerp Airport.  You can drive up to the terminal by car to drop off passengers and luggage. You can then park your car. The terminal opens 90 minutes prior to departure. We ask you to arrive no later than 30 minutes before the departure of your flight. An ASL Fly Executive member of staff will be waiting for you on arrival and will receive and label your luggage. You can enjoy a drink in the lounge while waiting for your flight to depart.

It is not possible to park your car at the General Aviation Terminal. However, you can drop off your passengers and luggage in front of the terminal and park your car at the premium parking. Cost: 15 euro/day.

Each passenger is entitled to one check-in suitcase of maximum 25 kg + one personal item that must fit under the seat. For babies the check-in baggage is limited to 10 kg. In attachment you will find a list of ‘dangerous goods’ which may not be transported or which may only be transported with prior permission.

Important: lithium batteries and power packs must be transported in your hand baggage. If these items are detected in the check-in baggage they will be removed with the risk of losing them.

At departure each passenger must present a valid identity card or passport for the period of the journey. Non-EU citizens should check with their embassy which documents are required for travel. Children have to be in possession of a valid kids-ID. A residence permit is NOT a valid document for travel.

Unaccompanied children aged 5 to 17 are allowed if they have all the necessary documents and authorisations. For children between 5 and 11 years of age, prior registration & confirmation is required.

ASL Fly Exectutive will take care of the seating. This way, we can guarantee that everyone will sit single or next to his/her travel companion.

Tickets will be sent by email, 1 week before departure of the flight. All practical information will also be visible in the ASL Fly Executive app at the same time.

ASL Fly Executive allows 1 small pet per flight to be carried in the cabin. This service is free of charge but must be booked during the online booking process. The pet must not weigh more than 8 kg and must be carried in a special bag.

During the operation of all flights, strict compliance with all Covid-19 measures is checked. For instance, wearing a mouth mask is mandatory in the General Aviation Terminals in Antwerp & Ibiza during the flight, with the exception while eating and drinking. Disinfectant gels are available at both airports.

For travelling to Spain you need the proof of full vaccination OR a certificat of recovery (no older than 180 days) OR a negative PCR-test (no older than 72 hours). Before travelling to Ibiza every passanger needs to complete the Spanish FCS-formular online. See extenal link.

Within 48 hours before returning to Belgium you must complete the Passenger Location Form. Passengers who do not have Belgian nationality are responsible for fulfilling any additional conditions before flying back to Belgium.

In Ibiza, the General Aviation Terminal is used. Upon arrival your luggage will be brought to this terminal. If you have booked a rental car or transfer through Fly Executive you will meet the contact person/driver in this terminal.

On your return journey you will meet Aviapartner Executive in the same terminal. They will handle your luggage and show you the way to the lounge. Here you are entitled to water and 1 soft drink. The ASL Fly Executive steward(ess) will pick you up in the lounge when it is time for boarding.

  • Name change: free of charge
  • Date change: only bringing forward the travel date is allowed. You pay the possible fare difference.
  • Cancellation: tickets are non refundable once issued*.

*If flights are cancelled because of a ban on entry or exit imposed by the Spanish and/or Belgian authorities, you are entitled to a full refund of all unused tickets. 

We recommend that you purchase a cancellation insurance together with your booking. In that case you can recover the costs of a cancellation via the insurance company. Touring will refund the cancellation costs in the event of a positive Covid-19 test preventing you from leaving. Below you will find all formulas we can offer. The general conditions will be sent to you on request.

Important: in order to guarantee cancellation cover, the insurance must be issued within 48 hours of booking. If you book within the week before departure, this must be done on the day itself.

The flight is operated with the Embraer ERJ-135 from the ASL Group fleet. The aircraft has 30 corporate seats with 92 cm of legroom instead of the traditional 78 cm. Because of the configuration – 10 rows with 1 seat on the left and 2 seats on the right – we guarantee that you will always be seated alone or next to someone in your party. During the flight we serve a snack and drinks including a glass of Moët & Chandon.
